Dosage

We recommend dissolving 1 tablet in 250ml of water and leave a few minutes to fully dissolve.

When should I take it

You should take Pause 30-60 minutes before bed. Taking Pause at the same time every day will help boost the cumulative effects of it's active ingredients.

How to take it

Drop a tablet into 250ml of room temperature water and allow the tablet to fully dissolve. If cold water is your thing, leave to dissolve and add ice.

Alternatively, try it hot. Pop a tablet into some boiled water and enjoy!
